The visa application centres in Pakistan accept UK visa applications from customers in Pakistan and Afghanistan

How Can We Help You?

You will find information on this website, supplied by UK Border Agency about how to apply for a visa, if you need one. From this site you can also use our free email service to obtain the same information. We also offer a telephone information service. Please see the 'contact us' section on this website to find out our contact details, visa application centre address details and call charges. Gerry's also manages visa application centres for the UK Border Agency here in Pakistan where you should submit your visa application form, supporting documents, biometric data and pay your visa application fee.

Information about the UK's immigration rules and policies can be found on UK Border Agency website.

Who Decides If I Will Get A Visa?

Your visa application will be processed and decided by UK Border Agency staff. Your visa application may be sent overseas to be processed. This may result in extended decision making times.

Gerry's staff do not play any part in or influence the outcome of visa applications. If any member of our staff claims to be able to influence your application, you should inform the nearest British diplomatic mission as soon as possible.

Security at the Visa Application Centre

All applicants visiting the visa application centre will undergo a security search. All personal items such as bags, mobile phones, cigarette lighters, liquids and offensive weapons are prohibited and access will be denied to those found in possession of such items.

Visa Fraud

If you provide false information, documents or passports in support of your visa application you will be prosecuted and all future applications will be refused for up to 10 years. You could even be fined and could go to prison. You should make sure the information given in your visa application is correct; the documents provided to support your application are not forged; your passport has not been altered and does not contain false stamps or visas. If any of the above applies, you will be reported to the Pakistani authorities and prosecuted. You can report migration or visa fraud, including people who produce or provide false documents, people smuggling or corruption in the visa process to:- Ralon, UK Border Agency, British High Commission, Islamabad, PO Box 1122 or telephone 051 201 2487 or email rauisb@fco.gov.uk. The information you provide will be kept confidential.

Where can I get advice?

Gerry's and its staff cannot give you advice on how to complete your application, or what type of visa you should apply for. If you need help with your application or advice about the UK's immigration rules and requirements, you should seek advice from a qualified immigration adviser. In the UK immigration advisers regulated by the Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner (OISC - www.oisc.gov.uk).

You can also obtain advice from legally qualified professionals regulated by designated professional bodies. A list of legally qualified professionals who can advise on immigration matters can be downloaded from the following websites:

Law Society of England and Wales
Law Society of Scotland
Law Society of Northern Ireland
Institute of Legal Executives

Please note: The Law Societies of England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland and the Institute of Legal Executives cannot provide direct help or advice on visa applications. They can only provide a list of law firms who can advise on immigration matters.

Do I need a visa?

Pakistan tourist visa is required for citizens of United States.

Unfortunately, at this time VisaHQ does not provide service for tourist visas to Pakistan.

Steps that you can take:

# Check the current validity of your passport and the availability of blank visa pages

All travelers will need a valid passport for their travels to Pakistan. Also, the passport must contain un-used visa pages for the visa to be issued. We recommend traveling with at least 6 months of remaining validity on your passport at all times. VisaHQ can assist U.S. citizens with a full range of expedited passport services, including new passport application and passport renewal. We recommend that you have at least two free pages in Visas section of your passport before any international travel. U.S. citizens can get extra passport pages added to their passports as fast as within 24 hours.

# Contact the nearest embassy or consulate of Pakistan

Take advantage of our extensive embassy and consular database to find the nearest one. Upon contacting the embassy confirm the required documents, the time it takes to process the visa and whether the consulate accepts applications by mail.
